High-Speed Rotary (Roller-Type) Forming Equipment

For high-volume production of 8 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm carrier tape, our rotary (roller-type) forming machines deliver multi-cavity and dual-cavity output. The multi-cavity machine runs 4/6-up on 8 mm, 3/4-up on 12 mm and 2/3-up on 16 mm, with a 7075 aluminium alloy die, water cooling, 4400 W dual preheat and in-die precision punching at P2 tolerance ±0.03 mm. The compact dual-cavity model fits a 3-metre footprint and uses independent servo drives for forming and punching.

Pellet-Fed (Extrusion) Carrier Tape Forming Machine

The JYT-L-001 multi-cavity pellet-fed carrier tape forming machine extrudes plastic pellets directly, removing the need to purchase pre-formed film and significantly lowering raw-material cost. It runs up to 25 m/min per lane in multi-cavity parallel mode, uses a Taiwan Desheng high-precision cam indexer for tape pulling, complies with EIA-481-D, and offers a patented die-wrap protection alarm plus optional in-line CCD inspection.
